The plant, located in Palencia, will strengthen renewable generation and long-term operational reliability
Soletrax has signed a new contract for the supply of solar trackers for a photovoltaic project located in Palencia, with a total capacity of 50 MW. The agreement includes the supply of TRXONE single-row 1P single-axis solar trackers, designed to maximize energy production and ensure robust, reliable performance throughout the entire operational life of the plant.
The tracking solution integrates OPTITRAX, Soletrax’s proprietary control system, which enhances operational accuracy and contributes to stable energy generation under different operating conditions, reinforcing the project’s overall reliability.
Beyond its energy impact, the project will also have a positive effect on the local community, with an estimated creation of approximately 125 direct and indirect jobs. In addition, it is expected to avoid around 23,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually, contributing significantly to decarbonization and energy transition goals.
This new project strengthens Soletrax’s presence in the Spanish market and reinforces its position within the utility-scale segment.
